Chairman Lee Eog-weon of the Financial Services Commission visited a university campus in Seoul to meet with college students and talk about financial policies for young adults on September 21. At the meeting, Chairman Lee provided explanations about an expanded level of financial assistance programs that will be made available for young adults in 2027 in the areas of asset accumulation, employment, and housing. To come up with more effective assistance programs tailored to individual needs, Chairman Lee said that financial authorities will continue to have close engagement and communication with young adults to listen to their needs and incorporate them into policies.
