The FSC and the FSS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Bank of Thailand on comprehensive cooperation in the areas related to the financial sector and innovation in financial services.

The MOU provides a basis for mutual cooperation among the three institutions on experience sharing, technical assistance and exchange of information on matters pertaining to our respective functions such as supervisory model, operational mechanism and regulations on innovative financial services. These arrangements will help enhance supervisory efficiency and promote innovation under the evolving financial service landscape.

The MOU entered into effect on September 24, 2020.
