SFC Commissioners
The Securities & Futures Commission (SFC) consists of five Commissioners including one Standing Commissioner and is headed by the Vice Chairman of the FSC. Three Non-standing Commissioners are appointed upon recommendation of the FSC Chairman among the persons with extensive knowledge and experience in finance, securities, futures, or accounting.
